What the Snow?!

So we woke up this morning (only because Quinn thought it was time to wake up, we sure wanted to keep sleeping!) and looked out the window. Lo and behold, there was white, cold stuff on the ground! (a.k.a. snow). Quinn has never seen snow, and even though there was only a little on the ground, we decided to introduce him to our winter wonderland friend. He made a snow angel without us even teaching him how! He's so smart!

Okay, I know this picture looks alarming... But don't freak out! This is a snow suit he was wearing ON TOP of his other clothes. And Josh was cold (go figure, skinny man) and didn't want to touch the cold snow that was now on Quinn's back, so this is how he picked him up. Sort of reminds me of how you pick up kittens and puppies...

So with Josh being home, and Quinn reaching 4 months of age, he's been experiencing a lot of new things, besides snow. Here's some examples:

Yay apple juice!

He really did like it. He couldn't get enough (though I made him stop after a little bit so he wouldn't drink too much). He LOVES flavors, and even tries to help me get them in his mouth. Such a little helper! He wants to be a big boy so much!

Here he is playing with his... I'm not sure what to call it.. it doesn't move, so it's not a walker... But it helps him stand up, and he loves playing with the toys, trying to get them and put him in his mouth. We have to disconnect them so he doesn't get too frustrated when he can't get them to his mouth.

(PS, we also moved his room around so that we could hook up the internet - finally! We've been stealing our neighbor's signal, but could only get it in one spot. And what with us starting school this next semester - and doing it online - we needed a better signal. It's different, but we like his new set up)

It's crazy that you guys are getting snow, it's in the 60's here! We are having very unusually warm weather here, and I am not complaining!
